With automatic roll changeover - ensuring constant availability. The lower roll is in use, the upper roll is in waiting position. Electronic hand detection automatically dispenses the paper but if the power source is empty or not inserted, the dispenser switches to manual mode. Through traction of projecting paper a pre-cut sheet is dispensed.
