InfinityCare is the only Hagleitner distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hagleitner is an Austrian family business, founded in 1971 and now run by the third generation, with products sold in 66 countries. They engineer washroom dispensers, hand and surface disinfectants and industrial dosing platforms, and manufacture all of it at one site in Zell am See.

The partnership works here because of breadth and depth together. Breadth: Hagleitner covers every hygiene touchpoint a facility has, from the soap at the hand-washing sink to the wet-wipe dispenser outside the operating theatre to the abrasive-cream dosing system on the workshop floor. Depth: every system carries the certification Saudi procurement asks for, and every refill has the documentation behind it.

The dispensers are networked

The Hagleitner XIBU range turned washroom dispensers into networked devices a decade ago. Every dispenser reports its refill level, energy state and consumption pattern to a cloud dashboard. For a hospital chain or a hotel group with hundreds of washrooms, the service route gets planned from live consumption data. Refills get replaced before they run out, and hand-hygiene compliance becomes a number a facility manager can show the board.

For InfinityCare, it means our service contracts in the Kingdom are built on actual usage data. We don't drive out to refill a dispenser that's still 80% full.

The refill design

Hagleitner rates its vacuumBAG refill at up to 95% less plastic waste than a conventional cartridge. The bag collapses as it empties, and a spent refill weighs about 21 g. For Saudi customers that cuts weekly waste volume and gives them a figure they can defend in an ESG report.

Ecolabel certification, FSC paper supply for the towel-dispenser range and the vacuumBAG design give a procurement team something it can audit line by line.

What InfinityCare adds

Hagleitner ships the technology. We ship the rollout: site survey, dispenser layout, installation, refill stock held in-country, staff training in Arabic and English, and a service contract our customers can call when something goes wrong. That gives a customer one accountable contact for the whole Hagleitner range in the Kingdom.
